The CU AMAX-DOAS instrument will be deployed on the NOAA Twin Otter in the summer of 2022 as part of the Coastal Urban Plume Dynamics Study (CUPIDS) to examine urban and marine chemistry in the New York City area.

CUPIDS scientific objectives
Scientific goals of airborne DOAS during CUPiDS (“Coastal Urban Plume Dynamics Study”) are to study urban and marine emissions (NOx, iodine), map RFN, albedo, and coastal flows.
